PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR”
Hello EA Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC (Steam) in Pro Clubs.
Whenever I try to save any changes to my Pro Clubs player, I receive the following error message:
“PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR”
The issue happens with any type of customization. I cannot save changes to my avatar appearance (including preset faces), hairstyle, or even simple changes like the kit number.
My Pro Clubs player still works correctly: I can play matches and keep my XP and progress, but no customization changes can be saved.
I have already tried:
- Restarting the game and my PC completely
- Restarting Steam and EA App
- Logging out and back into my EA account
- Clearing the EA App cache
- Repairing/verifying game files
- Making only small changes before saving
The problem is still present. It seems to be related to my Pro Clubs profile or an EA server-side issue, because every save attempt fails.

Could you please investigate my account/profile and help fix this issue or reset the affected Pro Clubs avatar data without deleting my progress?
