Pro Clubs - 20,000 Instant AXP Missing. Again.

It has come to my attention through my teammates in Pro Clubs that there is another 20,000 Instant AXP consumable on offer to Pro Clubs players. However, once again (as raised before several times with other missing promotions, including here), I neither have this message on my homepage nor do I have the consumable in Pro Clubs itself, despite following the "Solutions" offered in these two threads - here and here - that were meant to address this.

Despite having all of my marketing preferences enabled, I still did not receive this Instant AXP consumable, further demonstrating my point that these promotions are offered to players arbitrarily and that you punish many other players, like myself, for actively playing your game.

Punishing and alienating your player base is not an effective means of retaining customers, and given that this has happened on multiple occasions in this game cycle, thus punishing me and many others several times over, and given the state of the game is failing to see any marked improvement year on year and update after update, and the complete absence of honesty, integrity and transparency on your part, you can consider myself as a customer lost and I will not be purchasing your games going forward.

Please advise how I can permanently delete my EA Forums account once the FC 26 game cycle has concluded, as I will no longer require it after that point.
