Pro clubs unable to edit my character appearance

I am unable to edit my Avatar appearance in fc26 when I do it displays PRO_ CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR i have tried all the assistance that was given to me by EA assistants but no solution

Advance button doesn't respond.
When I try to make any changes to the character and click on Advance, it doesn't respond or change anything, and I can't save the change s, I can only cancel.
