Pro Clubs Avatar Save Failed Error – FC 26 (PlayStation)

Hello EA Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 on PlayStation with Pro Clubs.

Whenever I try to save any changes to my Pro Clubs player (avatar appearance, name, or edits), I receive the following error message:

“PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR”

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

- Restarting the game and console (full shutdown)

- Checking internet connection

- Logging out and back into my EA account

- Making minimal changes and saving

- Trying at different times

The issue still persists. It appears to be a server-side or account-related issue, as no changes can be saved at all.

Platform: PlayStation

Game Mode: Pro Clubs

Game: EA SPORTS FC 26

Please investigate this issue and advise on a fix or reset for my Pro Clubs profile.

Hi bigshalan,

I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue. Could you try taking off any new items and then try again?

Specifically, a few players have reported issues with a set of arm sleeves preventing them from saving their avatars, so I'm wondering if you could have run into the same thing.

Please let me know the results, so I can follow up on this.

Tuve el mismo problema desde ayer , pero fue cuando usé las mangas azules , las quité y listo el juego volvió a la normalidad, es que el archivo está dañado

I Will write this a ser in my Language (Translate this from Google) to avoid BAD Results.

Tuve el mismo problema, hay cosas en PS5 y XBOX. Distintas pero ambas de entrada necesitas "borrar la memoria requerida para el juego". Que es en configuración. Son como 1 GB que destina la consola para tu Cuenta y cosas. Pero NO SE BORRA TU HISTORIAL NI PROGRESO EN NINGUNA PARTE. CREO ESA TAMBIÉN ESTA EN EA.
Esa parte es POR DEFAULT.
Pero aún asi me seguía apareciendo el

Error: PRO CLUBS AVATAR SAVED FAILED ERROR

lo que se tiene que hacer y me funcionó:

Quita todo los ITEMS COMPRADOS

guantes
Casco/corte de pelo
Shoes/taquetes/zapato
Mangas
Lentes

Todo.
Guarda y ya deberás poder usar tu avatar justo como antes

playkikiz & Astro1996x, I appreciate that you are sharing solutions here, but please keep Spanish to the Spanish forums.
It could honestly be that players are struggling with the same thing there.

Quick translations:

Take the blue sleeves off, or take everything off, then try again.

Regarding the menu setting you mentioned playkikiz, could you attach a screenshot? I can track down the English one.
