Remove bans from the rush game mode
What's the point of giving a timeout ban for a player who leaves a rush game mode when they just get replaced by an AI? because people would want to leave due to either bad teammates, terrible gameplay from themself or they just want to come up against different people and not people who just ruin the game by spamming skill moves all the time and it's not like leaving the game is actually hurting people or annoying people half the time people dont even realise a person has actually left
