Renew contracts issue

It's impossible to renew contracts in Career Mode. No player wants to enter into negotiations, not even those who are unhappy with their current contract terms.

I believe all players should be open to negotiating, and if they're not satisfied with the new terms, they should reject the offer, as has always been the practice. 

It makes no sense for players who are unhappy with their current contract to refuse to improve it.
