Request to Allow Icons in Create a Club in Manager Career

Manager Career is my preferred way to play the game and the addition of Icons into career modes has been a dream come true. I like that they are part of the season content as it gets me out of the only mode I used to play and into other modes that I'm starting to enjoy as well.

With this great addition, it seems like a bit of a set back that we can only use them with real times and not in the create-a-club option. Is this something that is on the horizon or will this never be an option?

On a side note, will it ever be possible to get the stadium customization that is available in UT? We haven't really seen any updates to the customization side of things (kits, stadium, nets) for the last 2-3 years and that would be really welcome as well.
