Rooney missing from Icons for Manager career despite being in season 3 pass

Season 3 pass shows Rooney as playable in both player and manager career modes after reaching level 19 of the season pass. BUT!! He is not available for selection ☹️ It shows him as a selling point ...

The same is happening with Mathaus and Gullit in season 4, and Fernando Torres in previous seasons. EA is not answering, or they fix it soon, or they will reimburse our money back for breaching the legal contract.
