Ultimate Team Progress Not Saved – Kicked Out After Every Match

Hello EA Community Team,

I am playing EA SPORTS FC 26 on PlayStation 5 in Ultimate Team.

After finishing any match, I am immediately kicked out of Ultimate Team and returned to the main menu.

• My progress is not saved
• I do not receive points, rewards, or completed objectives
• This happens every match, making it impossible to continue or complete Squad Battles, Fantasy Cup, or other Ultimate Team modes

I have contacted EA Support, but the issue persists.

I hope the Community Managers can assist me and help resolve this problem as soon as possible.
