Ultimate team Rivals rewards.

Good afternoon EA,

I am sending you this message because for the past two weeks in a row I have not received any rewards in Ultimate Team Rivals. This is despite the fact that I reached the highest points score twice.

I would like to know what I can do about this, and I would also appreciate receiving my rewards.
