Unable to Use Purchased Clubs Tattoo and Beard

Hello EA Sports Support,

I recently purchased a beard and a tattoo for my Pro Clubs player in EA SPORTS FC. However, whenever I equip either item, it doesn’t save. After I leave the customization screen or return later, the beard and tattoo are no longer applied.

I’ve tried reapplying them multiple times, but the issue keeps happening. Since I purchased these items, I would appreciate it if you could investigate the problem and help fix it or restore my purchases so I can use them as intended.
