FC 26 Transfer Market Ban Despite Legit Trading and Known System Issue
Hello everyone,
I am posting here because my case has unfortunately been marked as closed through EA Help, even though new information has since become publicly known.
My Ultimate Team transfer market in EA SPORTS FC 26 was restricted due to an alleged coin-buying violation. I would like to clearly state that I have never purchased coins or violated the EA Terms of Service.
I only engaged in legitimate in-game trading on the transfer market. Specifically, I waited for market listing mistakes where players were accidentally listed below market value, purchased those items normally through the transfer market, and later sold them again at the regular market price. This is standard trading behavior and part of the intended game mechanics.
My appeal was reviewed and rejected twice via EA Help. However, these decisions were made before or without taking into account recent community reports and creator discussions indicating that there was a system issue in FC 26 which caused a large number of players to be incorrectly flagged and sanctioned for coin buying.
As my account activity reflects only normal transfer market usage and no external coin transfers, it is possible that my account was also affected by this system issue.
I respectfully ask whether a Community Manager could check if my case may be related to this known problem and, if possible, request a manual or internal review in light of the new information.
I understand that individual reversals cannot be guaranteed. My intention is simply to ensure that my case was assessed correctly within the context of the recently identified issue.
Thank you very much for your time and any assistance.
