“We Listened To The Fans”

Since the game has come out I have posted numerous times across these forums, replied to tweets, posted on Dischord and sent in an official complain. All of which have been ignored. 
I have an issue where Kick Off mode doesn’t work after moving players to other teams using club transfers. The game crashes. It also crashes when trying to navigate through teams on team sheets.

The exact same thing happened last year and I got ignored then. Then they fixed it. Now it’s broken again. How can that even happen? Because they copy and paste the code. 

I have been ignored for 2 weeks now. It’s now the question why am I being ignored. Is it because it’s not Ultimate Team?

All I want is an answer saying it’s looked into but as i predicted. EA will never “listen to the fans”
