120 fps Ps5 Pro

Hello EA SPORTS team,

Please add 120 FPS support to EA SPORTS FC 26 for the PS5 Pro (and PS5 if possible).

The new PS5 Pro has more than enough power, and a 120 FPS mode would make gameplay much smoother and more responsive, especially in Ultimate Team, Rivals, and Clubs.

At 60 FPS the game looks good, but 120 FPS drastically improves input response and immersion, and aligns FC 26 with other competitive PS5 games that already support it.

Please consider adding a Performance Mode (120 FPS) alongside the current Quality Mode (4K 60 FPS) — it would be a huge win for the community.

Thank you for your work and for listening to players! ⚽💪

  • I can't believe there aren't any replies to your post. I'm an Elite Div Clubs player on PS5. I can't even begin to describe how many excruciating games (losses) my squad has vs PC players. It's like they're playing a different game. It's a joke that EA allows PC players into the cross-play pool with the undeniable competitive advantage that they have.

120 FPS is a monumental upgrade over 60 FPS. The game literally reads your inputs twice as fast. I'm simply not able to defend against PC players. They are so quick and shifty. Almost like they're ahead of me by a step all the time - both offensively and defensively. It's super frustrating.

EA needs to offer a Performance Mode for console players. It's unbearable to lose 90% of our games against PC players simply due to a hardware disadvantage!

I completely agree with everything written here. The difference when playing against PC players is impossible to ignore, especially at a competitive level like Elite Div Clubs. It genuinely feels like we’re playing two different versions of the same game, and that simply shouldn’t be acceptable in a ranked, competitive environment.

The jump from 60 FPS to 120 FPS is massive. It directly impacts responsiveness, player movement, and defensive reactions. Against PC players, everything they do looks faster, sharper, and more fluid, while console players are always reacting a split second late. That small delay makes a huge difference at high skill levels.

What makes this even more frustrating is that current consoles are absolutely capable of running the game at 120 FPS with strong graphical fidelity. The hardware is there. We’re not asking for special treatment—just an equal playing field. A Performance Mode for console players would go a long way toward balancing cross-play and restoring competitive integrity.

I really hope EA acknowledges this issue and provides an official response. At the very least, we deserve transparency and a clear explanation of why such a competitive disadvantage is being allowed to exist.
