6 months of waiting on studio

Hi, 6 months ago I got suddenly banned from online playing, exactly on October 2025. I made an appeal, asking for the reason why I was banned since i have genuinely never bought coins nor used cheats. I talked plenty of times with customer service and yet no one answered, since then. I find this ridiculous, at least just say what has been happening with my account and if that's the case I'd take the l and stay quiet, but after so many tries to get someone to review the case I feel like I have to put it out here to see if something can be done. Thank you.

    The EA staff on the EA Forums can't help with bans and reviews.

    It looks like there hasn't been an update to your appeal case in a long time, though. Please reach out to the Customer Service team to talk with an advisor about this long wait and what can be done to expedite things. 

    You can do that by selecting the option Contact Us at the very bottom of this guide.

    We appreciate your patience in this circumstance and hope you will receive an update soon.

  • Hi, thanks very much for the reply. I try but there's an ai chat that keeps bringing me back to the cases I have and to appeal, which I already did. How should I get in touch with a human advisor? Thanks

    If you don't get the option to talk to an advisor, you could try submitting the request using an incognito window on your browser, without logging in to your EA account, and select login problems as the reason for the request, rather than mentioning the banned account.

    It might help you get through.
