Account still banned after receiving Gameplay Integrity reinstatement email
Hi EA Community,
I received an official email from EA Gameplay Integrity on March 7, 2026, stating that my account was incorrectly flagged and that I can now continue playing EA SPORTS FC™ as normal.
However, my account is still banned when I try to log in. Nothing has changed.
I have already tried the following with no success:
Submitted a support ticket via help.ea.com (received automated response, issue unresolved)
Contacted @EAHelp on X (awaiting response)

I have the reinstatement email as proof. EA has already acknowledged the ban was a mistake — I just need it to actually be lifted.
Has anyone experienced this?
Any EA staff who can help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately we can't help with issues like this here on the forums. If you had an FC ban lifted, but you're not able to log in at all, then it's possible that there's a second, separate account ban on your account that's still active. For that I can only recommend that you reach out to our terms of service team again.
