I have exactly the same.
I have played 7 games so far and met 5 cheaters who all make 3-4 goals easily before halftime. I have reported hundreds and blocked more than 500 players for cheating but there are more and more.
EA doesn't care about us so it's time for us to not care about them. This was the last EA game I bought.
