Cant even do it on the phone its a joke or what
Yup I have been banned permanently for apparently cheating on an account I've had for 17 years....I wouldn't even know how to cheat via hardware or software and I haven't done any farming or wateva....I have tried for over a week to open a case and it won't let me....what a joke...even if I could appeal from what I've heard they don't give a **bleep** and won't bother to actually check their not fit for purpose algorithm that's falsely banning people ...all I can do is make sure I never buy another EA product ...not that they will care ...just disgusting how they treat people who have been buying their products for so long
