Banned - The End

Also call me daft but what exactly is handled here on the forums who deals with complaints who sorts out the rubbish your customers are experiencing who passes on and says thanks for your awesome contribution and wouldn’t it just be easier to leave are credit and debit card details because it’s all about the money what happened to respect and customer satisfaction how many employees lost there jobs in the takeover and how long in the ea family did it take till you dropped your friends who used to be part of the ea family. Remember were monkeys performing ot other wise but we’re not stupid.

Me im talking about it in game chat on call of duty telling everyone I can about my experience with ea I’ve given them plenty of time and options to fix this injustice so so for me it’s ea sport can’t play the game every where I go and why probably people getting banned because ive been  honest how to make coins work in this game let’s face on a average 600 coins a match how am I supposed to buy a player at 3 million or anyone buy low sell higher make millions in a month if your sick and play as much as I did it’s that simple except the being banned part so good luck appeals are a waste of time so express your love for the game in a way which doesn’t hurt you morally

Obviously the appeals process hasn’t worked for a lot of people including myself (2 appeals rejected) for alleged coin trading!

Next steps make everyone aware of their pss poor user experience before following up with notifying the relevant regulators of online gaming and consumer protection ie selling online goods and then withdrawing service because they felt like it ie judge, jury and executioner 

We’re coming here to express our disgust at EAs treatment the appeals process clearly doesn’t work so we are sharing our feelings here as the only option I’ve suggested a simple option in another thread to deal with coin distribution it’s up to you wether you do your jobs and fix this issue once and for all I’ve pm some of you moderators and you havnt even dignified a response so it all on ea .

Welcome to the club my friend numerous appeals no joy im over 60 disabled im on so many meds and I have to put up with also being a cheater apparently why at my age I would buy coins or give them away and to who is beyond me I’ve bought sold players got better ones that’s all I did supported this company from the early days of football and gameing to me with the threat of loosing being able to play with all there rules etc there’s no point buying ea anymore know this im old enough and wise enough to know what goes around comes around so life’s a little harder but rest assured it’s not our loss it pains me so much how people couldn’t care less these days almost at the end of my road and this is what I’ve got so don’t even bother wasting your time apart from fellow customers no one at ea seems to care not our loss
