"Base Evo not completing" FC26 Switch

Hello EA staff,

I would appreciate support regarding an Evo progression bug on FC26 (Nintendo Switch).

Base Evo completion does not register correctly even after obtaining the rewards once.  

Because of that, the game still shows “complete Base Evo” and blocks the next Evo stage.

Could you escalate this to the dev team or confirm whether this is known?

My account and system info:

- Nintendo Switch

- Online connection is fine

- Latest title update installed

- Base Evo cleared multiple times

Impact:

- Evo progression cannot move forward

- Multiple players' upgrades cannot be continued
