I can't play EA FC26

Hello i have a problem with open a game. When i start game I see a game loading window after this ea app turns on and i see announcement "The game failed to start. An error occurred that prevented it from starting. Please try again later" I tried all things and nothing support didn't help. I will add that I have been struggling with this for 3 weeks😕
