Can't agree to Feedback Agreement

Downloaded the closed beta on PS5, chose my team, control layout and visuals but I can't progress into the game as I Must agree to the pre release feedback agreement but after reading through I am given no option to agree, only to then go to the Privacy policy (which I have gone through and read) I am not at a loss on how to continue.
