I have went through ea help to try and get my pre ordered icon back as I ive put him in an sbc a while back not knowing they'd get an upgrade. Trying to get it back and there is no live chat no more ...

You cant get it back once put in a sbc, you probably turnt of the little warning thing telling you that when you do sbcs on console
