Career mode

I have an idea for a coaching career. As the coach market will be added I hope that ea fc 26 will add overall to coaches not only transfers. Each coach will have an evaluation for various things such as youth development, negotiation skills , skill in making his players understand tactics quickly, attack ,defense etc. So when I create my coach I will have a low rating that improves over time . I also think that every team should have a minimum overall of trainer required so as to avoid strange transfers of coaches. If I create my coach I can choose at the beginning the evaluation and the potential based on the value of the statistics that improves over time , according to the victories and achievements I have skill points that I use at my leisure and that increases overall
