EA takes 10 hours to reply,it's unreal
It is very so frustrating as we are the only side to be penalised for being legit players. We suffer as we have to waste time, attempts and usually are on the receiving end of a warning whilst those that go unpunished are literally awarded.
Those who play legit are the those that are the only suffering side in this equation. We waste time, attempts, loss of rewards and enjoyment whilst those that abuse are literally rewarded in game. The fact that this has been common place for years and we still do not have an appropriate reporting system built in game is depressing. Im starting to think their anti cheat is only there to detect an abuse in coin transfer.
Look if this issue is too hard to detect then they need to factor that in for PC users when creating limited attempts in game modes. I wont even attempt onlinedrafts after seeing how bad it is on Nickrtfm's streams. For the average player , winning is more challenging so when you have a cheat that literally robs you of chances and rewards... then what are we to do?
