Closed Beta - code not working
Hi - redeemed the code for my son on switch but it doesnt work. Can I speak to someone to resolve?

I am getting the same thing happen. When I googled it, it said it may be because the software isn't available yet so maybe try tomorrow evening at 6pm when it goes live. If it's not that then hope that they get it sorted
