Clubs Pro saving issue on PS4

I’m playing EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS4. For the past few days, I haven’t been able to save any changes to my Clubs Pro. When I press save and confirm, nothing happens and all changes are lost. I also occasionally lose connection during Clubs matches and sometimes my kit disappears after a few matches. I’ve restarted my console and game multiple times, updates are okay and emptied my cache already.
