Companion app not working properly

My companion app is basically useless right now. I can’t access the store, FC HUB, transfer market, SBCs, or evolutions. I really don’t know what to do. I know that you may have to open the game to access FC HUB, but the fact that I can’t even go into SBC or Evolutions is crazy.

I play on Xbox and I don’t have the game yet. I don’t know what more to put. I don’t know how to include photos, but all it says is “Feature Disabled” with a lock.

Please help.
