Compensation help

I was trying to compare price on my vdv and the game glitched and forced me into the sale. Is there way to get help? I attached a screenshot of the sale. There is no way i wanted to sell him lower. How do i get help? Is there a way. I literally lost my whole million coins on this one mistake.
