Computer bias

So I'm just a average player div 4 at best but doing these token objectives is ridiculous on squad battles. Using full silver team and subbing on high rated players only to discover that a bronze rated striker in goal for the ai is better than having an actual goalkeeper, the amount of rebounds that go the way of the ai is pathetic, players with 50 pace are able to outpace fullbacks with 90 pace if controlled by ai but not the other way round, players with 70 or below shooting are able to hit shots with pinpoint accuracy while player controlled players with 90 shooting miss hit shots, ai has ability to play passes with laser precision regardless of passing stats while player controlled players miss hit simple passes. Am I the only one experiencing the level of ai bias or is it a common theme
