See the attached screenshot, there is a well known issue with the gameplay on console being very heavy & sluggish! first 2 weeks the game was responsive, since the first patch the gameplay has been nowhere near, it’s like playing in cement. well known content creators all say the same.
even on seasons it’s heavy, what on earth is this rubbish?? Games been out 3 months & you still can’t see your friends stats on the leaderboard . Shoddy game from a shoddy company
So out of curiosity still, who is your internet service provider?
And do you have access to connections made?
Have you also tried the overlay on for controls and timing?
it doesn’t matter who my ISP is, they have been out & confirmed there is nothing wrong on my/their end.. every other game works absolutely fine. everything in the house that uses my internet works absolutely fine. The only thing I have any issues with is FC, I’m not the only one there are so many complaints globally.

I am 100% not RadioShaqs - I have also been involved in conversations on here with him before and would not be talking to myself.
The interesting thing is that not every single player struggles with these issues. I acknowledge that it is mentioned in various sections of the internet.
Not sure why you don't want to disclose your ISP but that is your call.
Just to clarify i am sick and tired of the lag I cannot play rivals or champs... I have a wired connection with virgin media the game is a disgrace, players running through porridge and cement, no response and the game kicks you out of the servers and disconnects. I have never had this experience before, its an absolute disgrace
mate just scroll down on the EA forum you will have more then you count of people saying the game is sluggish and just feels unresponsive... im playing on a high end pc and have the best nbn that is on offer and i am experiencing the exact same issue and i know of 15+ of my mates that have stopped playing because of it. EA is just turned into a cash cow to sell packs its just copy and paste more broken code over more broken code as they just port the same game over and over..
If you guys are in the UK I suggest you set up a Broadband Quality monitor (it is free) with http://www.thinkbroadband.com
It's easy as pie to set one up and it pings your connection and builds a graph that you can view.
I am not saying this because I am blaming anyone's connection, but these monitors are good for general and understanding your internet connection better.
I am aware that people mention this issue with gameplay and to be honest these conversations go back years and years.
What time of day do you mostly play? Have you played beyond 11pm UK time and noticed different gameplay?
The issue is that not every player has this issue. I know the issue exists but the reasoning behind it is complex. If it was every single player no matter where in the world then of course EA could focus solely on resolving that. But, when x amount of people mention having it while others are clearly either one not experiencing it or don't notice it and playing on.
Again in regards to that monitoring tool. They are good to have anyway.
And to the chap that has Virgin Media. What does a ping test to the likes of 8.8.8.8 return you?
Shesh786MrDrapht exactly the same here man… wired connection, fast internet, usually 14 to 16ms ping, series X and TV with game mode & 99% of the time the games unplayable. It’s the ONLY game I have any issues with. ALL of my friend group say the exact same & most have stopped playing as a result…. EA admitted they have gameplay issues in the FC26 promo, even when offline & the first patch clearly took us back there. At release the game was so responsive!
