CPU goalkeeper stalls while pressed

Under authentic game play, when pressing the keeper when the keeper has the ball in his hands. He always throws the ball to the ground and only officially releases it at the end of the 6 second timer, It seems when pressured the goal keeper is stuck in place not being able to do anything however when not pressured the goal keeper has great movements and great passing/vision
