Will there be compensation?

Steam users can play online (Rivals & Tournaments), although fixed 60 fps, but EA App users can't. It has been 4 days since launch and im still unable to play online. I have tried countless "fixes" and none of them have worked. There is no way we paid extra to play a week early, but we're unable to play the game. I feel like us, the PC players, are worthy of some kind of compensation.
