Cross-progression between different platforms

I recently moved from PS5 to PC and logged into the same EA account. I expected my Ultimate Team progress to carry over, but my club started from scratch on PC. I’d like to know if there is any way to transfer my Ultimate Team club or if there are any options available. Thank you for your help

    Hi there, 

    Cross-progression is available if you’re playing on the same platform. For example, you can carry over all of your progress from PlayStation®4 to PlayStation®5 or Xbox One to Xbox Series X|S, but not from PlayStation® to Xbox or PC.
