Didn’t get 2000 fc points

So when I logged into the companion app for ultimate team the other day it told me I still had my 2000 fc points to claim from 26 ultimate edition. Because I hadn’t played since pretty much the stat of the game I never claimed my other 2000 I guess? Anyway when I claimed through companion app and logged into console to receive them they never turned up. I’ve given it a few days as I saw something saying it can take a little while for them to show up on your account when you’ve been inactive for so long, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. However I still haven’t received the 2000 points
