Disconnect gave me extra lose on champs?

I was just 2-0 on champions, I lost my 3rd game an after 90minutes when the game finished I tried to leave but then a message popped up with something along the lines of EA can not complete action or something. I then get disconnected, when I go back into the UT it says I now have 2 wins 2 losses but I only played 3 games, absolute joke, have this happened to anyone else an how do I sort this out?
