Disconnected for the 7th Time Mid-Match – Still Counted as a Loss FC26 Online

I am extremely confused and frustrated by how frequently these issues are occurring in EA SPORTS FC 26 online modes. Disconnections are happening repeatedly during matches, match results are processed incorrectly (counted as losses or declared void), matchmaking and opponent searches often fail, and the message “There was a problem retrieving online information. Please try again.” keeps appearing. I do not understand why these problems are happening so often, but the current state makes online play unreliable and very frustrating.
