DO THE DEVELOPERS AT EA ACTUALLY LISTEN TO FEEDBACK??

This forum is jam packed with complaints about the gameplay. It's heavy, delayed & generally not responsive at all more often than not. On console I'd say its unplayable. The CM's on here feed it back to the developers but nothing changes??

Every tweet EA put out on Twitter/X, the top comments are always complaints about gameplay, servers, net code or the game engine. Still, nothing changes?? 

Well known EAFC content creators have taken to social media to say the same as the above 2 points, many of them have even stopped playing. Still, EA don't seem to listen & at least try to make the game responsive again, as it was for the first 3 weeks?? 

What needs to happen for the developers to actually listen & make the game responsive again?? 

I don't care about promos, evos or store packs if the game itself is unplayable! EA, please just focus on making the game playable again
