Dynamic potential

I dislike how dynamic potential only affects players I sign - if a 33 year old striker bags 20 league goals, he should upgrade but because of his age and peak potential, he must downgrade which is ridiculous. Form should allow players to upgrade and downgrade. Every player has a set potential in game but in real life, not every player is gonna reach those high expectations.
