EA ban appeal
This is getting ridiculous now as I've been banned for almost 2 months and submitted at least 5 appeals to state my case. Every single time I am getting an automated reply from TOS team.
The ban was regarding balance transfer. I showed them evidence that the day they issued the ban, my account was hacked and the hacker even changed the linked email address of the account. I showed them the chat history and screenshot and the TOS wouldn't even bother to look at it.
I have my account since 2009 and always in good standing, never violated any rules. How do players get punished when the account is not even under my control?
Please escalate and suggest a way to get direct contact with TOS team. Thank you
