Ea fc 26 server |PC?|(please help bro its unplayable)

Question

Since 3 days i always face an INSANE lag issue. It isnt the fps or something, its the "internet/Servers". My internet is perfectly fine but when i play fc 26 rivals,champions whatever i always get these hella Spike red lags and the strange thing is, i can have normal 20 ms than 1 sec later i have 300+ for a few seconds, then its normal again. Then again but this time 1500 ms and so on. So idk if its my internet (i already restarted the Router atleast 3 times) or if this servers are actually just pure trash and you ea guys dont do anything about it.

I have something similar but it is probably a script from a cheater.

When I start the game I have a normal ping of maybe 30-50. As soon as he approaches my goal or I approach his, the ping explodes up to above 500 sometimes. Then obviously his players are still superfast and mine are stuck in mud.

This happens a lot with Russian players (98% of them are cheating with scripts). Both console and PC players.
