Ea if you gonna ban someone account permanently

I just received permanent ban email from Ea which the reason is cheating .

I played fifa19 until now FC 26 same account same platform pc , this is first time I got banned and I feel angry because I'm totally innocent . My FC 26 best WL result was 10 wins at first week , most recent WL 8 wins , DR went up to elite once at FC 23 , now completely D4-d2 player .

I play FC almost everyday and doing 90% daily content they released . Until today they suddenly send me email tell me I'm using cheat and my account was banned permanently .

I'm shocked I was expecting there is any proof of cheating from Ea to put such serious charge on me , but only an email , no proofs no evidence.

For a loyalty user who yearly spent above 3k USD to top up FIFA point user like me , I feel disrespect and uncomfortable with what EA doing to Thier customer, banning innocent player without evidence, even my account was 5-6 year long . This is big disappointment, even I get back my account in future , I won't spend any cents on this company product anymore . For all people who want to spend money on ea product, think twice and step back .

This is not genuine game company at all .

I would swear to god with my life if I ever done any cheating on my game , I trained hard and grinding hard on content , but I never think of cheating even one sec , how funny this EA charge me the most disrespectful reason to me .

Same **bleep** as you. These braindead developers have 0 idea how to code a game, none the less who to ban. I got a ban too, while playing every Fifa so far and spending a nice amount every year at TOTY. I tried to contact them, if they can remove the ban and actually ban those who actually cheat, but they aint doing **bleep** to those. Best solution would be that everyone deletes the game and doesnt spend money, but till there are content creators spending thousand of dollars each and every day, nothing gonna improve since they dont need to improve if ppl keep spending even if the game is worse than the game's developers.
