EAFC26 preorder got cancelled, is there a way to still get preorder bonuses?

You can preorder fc without money it doesn't come out till like a week before the game comes out so if didn't have the money in by then thats why.

My preorder cancelled even though I got the rewards for fc 25 there has to be a way to get the free icon 

Same here, and so stupid that they can't even compensate it, not so hard when you provide a case with evidence either

Actually a bit sad from a huge company like EA to not even consider compensating when devoted fans to the game spend a lot of money to buy their game and some issue denies it, if we go through the trouble to actually buy the more expensive version of the game which favors the company, why don't they actually reward us with the content promised? In my case I know for a fact that the money wasn't the issue in my pre order, so its clearly a Microsoft issue here, should I and plenty other players get punished for their misstake? Huge L from EA so dissapointed, so easily avoided by paying right away instead of delaying the payment, in that scenario we at least get a heads up if something goes wrong

Hello, I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of EA SPORTS FC 26 on July 17th, 2025.

I even already received the pre-order bonuses inside EA SPORTS FC 25 (I opened my packs), which clearly proves that the purchase was recognized by the system.

However, today at launch, in the Microsoft Store my order history shows “Payment failed”, and the game is not unlocked on my account.

This is a very serious issue, because EA already delivered my pre-order content in FC 25, but Microsoft did not unlock the license for the game.

I urgently need you to:

1. Validate that my pre-order was made (the bonuses already received in FC 25 are proof).
2. Fix my account so I can access the game immediately.
3. Ensure I still receive all the pre-order bonuses that I am entitled to.

I don’t mind buying it again, but it is unfair that I don’t get the pre order rewards.

Please I am kindly asking you guys to do whatever is possible so I can get everything I deserve, I even checked like a week ago in my store if everything was ok, and in the ea fc pre order ultimate edition tab it was saying that I already bought it. And I couldn’t even buy it again….

And I should’ve got another email from you guys saying that my order was cancelled and not just say it on the game store

I am sure that if you guys search on the account that I bought the game you will see that I got my fc 25 preorder pack already which was a icon pick

For some reason Microsoft decided to cancel my preorder (which I made on 16th of July) is there anyway I Will still get the pre-order bonusses?
