Evolution blocked due to accidental cosmetic application

Hello,

I am contacting you regarding a blocking issue on Ultimate Team caused by an accidental action.

I was supposed to complete a free evolution on one of my players. Unfortunately, by mistake, I applied a paid cosmetic item to this card before starting the evolution. As a result, the card is now considered incompatible with the evolution and I am completely unable to proceed.

This was an unintentional mistake. I would like to clearly state that I am not asking for a refund of the cosmetic item and I am not requesting any compensation. I am only asking if it would be possible to remove the cosmetic from the card and restore it to its original state so that I can complete the free evolution as intended.

This situation is extremely frustrating because a simple misclick has permanently blocked content that was meant to be accessible, and I am now penalized despite trying to follow the normal in-game process.

I would sincerely appreciate it if you could make an exception and help reset the card by removing the cosmetic item, so I can complete the evolution properly.
