FC26 - Transfer Market Ban After Legitimate Trading Activity

Hello everyone,

A month ago my FC 26 Transfer Market access was restricted for alleged “coin distribution,” but I genuinely have never bought, sold, or transferred coins. I was only trading cards normally on the market by buying undervalued players and reselling them during SBCs and market changes.

I submitted an appeal on April 27 (Case #243729044), but it has been stuck on “Waiting on Studio” for over a month with no update at all.

I completely understand EA needs to stop coin sellers, but I believe my account may have been falsely flagged because of high trading activity.

Has anyone had success getting a proper manual review after this long? Any advice or moderator help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

It appears you have appealed correctly. Please allow more time for your case to be attended to. Apologies for the delay. Thank you. EA_Barry.

Thank you for the response. I appreciate the update. I’ll continue waiting, although I’m a bit concerned due to the length of time the case has been on “Waiting on Studio.” Hopefully it can be reviewed soon.

  • Hi mate, I am having the same issue, however the tech support team does not care for its customers, they only send me automatic replies in the ticket with the same information over and over, and after the re-appeal I am sure that no one is taking care of my ticket which is quite unpleasant. I have never traded coins, actually never thought to do such thing, but yet my transfer market is banned. I want to clarify also that I am a tech person and I understand quite well that the system could mark False Positives, however it is the Tech support team responsibility to fix the problem.

By the way, the response in the ticket is quite fast, however, no solution and all, it is just a spam.

    Hello EA_Barry,

Thank you again for your previous responses. My appeal (Case #243729044) is still showing "Waiting on Studio" and it has now been over 7 weeks since submission.

I understand that these reviews can take time, but I was wondering if there is anything further you are able to check on the status of the case, or whether there is any way to confirm that it is still awaiting a manual review.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

"Waiting on Studio" does mean that your case is currently in-process and will be handled ASAP. I will acknowledge that seven weeks is a long time to wait. It is likely there is a backlog of similar cases that are being worked through. EA_Barry.
