Look I’ve made so much appeal and in total they have told me to wait 10 days 10 days in total I’ve waited 25 days plus I’ve made so much appeals for bans that’s why I came here to see if I can get any help from EA team or whoever deals with ban appeal because really want my account because I don’t want to spend unnecessary money to buy the game again I’ve spent so much money on the game but so much FC points even ultimate edition I’ve spent too much money that’s why I came here cause I wanna know if I can get my account back because I’m not gonna go down with these false allegations about my account I just need someone to speak too so they can investigate my account again and check thoroughly because I’ve never once bought any coins or do anything. They said I need my account to get re-investigated because I’ve never done any of that. I’ I need my account back. I haven’t played since December when they first said that my account got disabled. That’s how long I haven’t played for. If I can get in touch with the team that’s directly in charge of Ban because this is unacceptable, I can’t be getting false allegations on my account when I’ve never done such thing and there are people online provided live record recorded evidence of them purchasing from distributors yet my account is banned and they are playing up to this day. I don’t need to name no Youtubers or streamers they’re all out there yet I am getting false ban?look I’ve waited so much days. I just want my account back so I can play and if the final says that I can’t play no more FC then I’m done. I need them to do a re-investigation because I’ve never purchased no coins I have proof and the thing is that upset me. I have pack still to open saved up coins bought so many players I have packs to open.just need to get hit with my account is disabled?I can’t accept this. I can’t. I’m sorry. I need to talk to someone from the team that directly deals with this because this is unacceptable.
Don't worry, your mission is doomed. You've been waiting 10 days, I've been waiting 3 months for the same thing. I have a case that's been sitting in the studio for 3 months.............and there's no answer....

If they have denied your appeals then I am sorry to say but there is nothing that we or anyone else can do to change this.
Each appeal is independently reviewed by a member of the team.

EA_Darko If only your team could be just as effective banning players for cheating play in the game (like abnormal speed, stamina etc). But I guess cheating with coins cost the company more money..
