FC 26 BETA WRONG PLATFORM

Hi,

Received FC 26 Beta code for ps4 when I requested a ps5 one.

Came out without downloading when I type in same code again it says "already redeemed"

I havent but can't seem to continue. Any help to get this resolved as wanted to play the beta on PS5 as was massively on the fence this year.

And yes I completed the ea playtester.

We want to clarify the situation since we're seeing many complaints from players who received the code related to a different platform or who can't access the Beta.
When you signed up for the Beta, you had to put a preference on the console; this is explained in our EA Help Article: How to join an EA closed beta.

Unfortunately, we can't help you to get another code for a different platform. If you got instead the code for the correct platform but it is not working, follow the same article above for help.
Also, we want to remind you that this Beta is only accessible in the NA and UK regions. Please keep in mind that certain platforms, like the PlayStation region, lock content; if your EA account region is set to a country different from your actual location, your code will not work as it is tied to a different region. You can check the region settings for your EA account here.

Apologies for the earlier confusion. The Beta Code Tool can't switch codes to a different platform.

I received a code to play the beta for eafc26 but I was given the old gen version when I haven’t played the old gen for the last few years and was wondering if there was a mixup?

Asked this before but didn't get an answer. Is UT mode available only on certain platforms? As I can't play it on ps5.
Also, the only way for me to play online is seasons mode and no cup games as no player will be found, in the league it finds opponent within less than a second, which is suspicious as it would never been that fast on fc25 full version with a lot more players. When on clubs, it never finds even 1 player to join me, whether on rush or drop in.
Now to the title, I noticed that beta version i downloaded is for ps4 when I play on ps5. Could that be a reason for missing content?
And that floating white box makes it unplayable when it covers ball and few players. Reported that few days back.

UPDATE: it turns out the code I was given was a PS4 code (thank you, EA). So if anyone may want to swap for a PS4 code if they have an Xbox Series X code, I would not mind, and I'd appreciate it.

Hi, like the title states, I also got a wrong code for the game...
I don't own or play with a Switch 2...
@EA I need a PC, Xbox or at least PS5 code so I can try the Beta. Please help. Thanks.

I have received the code but when I input the code on my playstation store to redeem code, it keeps saying invalid voucher i checked and realized it was for ps4 EMEA region but my profile has been NA and PS5 because I got the FC25 Beta.
