FC 26 Code Invalid

Received an FC26 closed beta code for downloading on Nintendo E store on a switch. Followed the instructions and the code didn't work. I then spoke to an advisor through the chat on the EA website who sent me through requesting a new code and it said the code was invalid. I sent screenshots of the code I received showing it was for a switch and that's what I was trying to redeem on and they didn't know how to fix the issue
