FC 26 Not showing up in library after i preordered it.

i got the same problem too,i got the game on steam but no on EA APP,i talked with them but they just said "the problem its Steam,talk with them" 

i hope it appears soon on my ea app,if u find a way to solve this reply my message please!!

griezmaroo​ you should contact them via live chat but you have to wait a lot, 4-6 hours, but eventually will get in contact with them

HOW I CAN FIX IT ? STILL DIDNT GET IT ON EA LIBRARY 

I can confirm, that the game now appears in my EA App Library, too. Now I am more confident, that we are going to play the game eventually :) Thank you all for bringing some noise about the issue.

I finally have the game in my library, they finally fixed it. CarlSchooba​ the order history seems to be bugged this way for pre orders because both my EA FC and Battlefield pre orders are shown as "processing" but they are completed through my bank account transaction history so I wouldn't worry too much about it. Thanks to everyone that brought attention to this matter, we are a community of consumers after all and we need to be as vocal as we can about these problems so we can help each other out.

Hi i have this problem too i pre order the fc 26 ultimate edition but i dont recive my bounuces but i have game in my collection

My game finally shows up in my ea library but is still shown as processing in the order history. Seems like the problem is getting fixed for most now.

Update: I just receive the game in my library after 2 days, but in the order history it still shows as " processing " .
