How to contact an ea employee

My account has been banned for almost 3 weeks now. 
After contacting ea help they immediately said there were suspicious sign ins and they would help me sort it. 
i have not heard anything in weeks and cant play any online game mode, which i find unfair as the game had only been out a few weeks.

does anyone know how to get in contact with a higher up employee as this is a joke now and i have evidence to show it was not me who did it.

    EA_Darko​ , hi mate i did go through that process and there is a case that has been going on for over 3 weeks case number 224124846. What I’m asking is what do i do about this because I’ve paid to play the game and i believe this violates my consumer rights, is there a way of having an actual conversation with someone about my situation cause so far I’ve had one email saying thank you for waiting

    Hey Darko. I need someone to help me with my case. Trying to get in contact with anyone in the EA network seems to be quite the struggle. I hope that you can help me with my issue. Would prefer a solution over a phone call so the problem can be solved in a timely manner. Thank you.
