My account has been banned for almost 3 weeks now.
After contacting ea help they immediately said there were suspicious sign ins and they would help me sort it.
i have not heard anything in weeks and cant play any online game mode, which i find unfair as the game had only been out a few weeks.
does anyone know how to get in contact with a higher up employee as this is a joke now and i have evidence to show it was not me who did it.

EA_Darko , hi mate i did go through that process and there is a case that has been going on for over 3 weeks case number 224124846. What I’m asking is what do i do about this because I’ve paid to play the game and i believe this violates my consumer rights, is there a way of having an actual conversation with someone about my situation cause so far I’ve had one email saying thank you for waiting

Hey Darko,
Yeah i have a ban. Ive already unlinked my account and would like to just start fresh but my account is seemingly still linked in some unknown way. Hopefully theres a way around this. Ive tried everything, aside from creating a new xbox live account.

All we can suggest is that you gather as much additional info as possible and speak with our TOS team again.
